UHATO, operated by Favmoc OPC Private Limited, provides digital identity, communication and acknowledgement functions for physical tags and ACK workflows.
UHATO does not guarantee recovery, return, location or successful contact of a lost item. Finder behaviour is outside UHATO’s control. Contact options depend on owner settings and available communication services.
ACK is a digital acknowledgement mechanism and is not courier tracking. UHATO is not a courier company. UHATO is not a police or emergency-response service.
UHATO does not provide continuous GPS tracking. Vehicle identity is not live tracking, crash detection or automatic accident detection.
₹0 per scan/contact describes the current MVP interaction model after a tag is purchased. It does not mean UHATO itself costs ₹0.
